Our Ciders
Huguenot Pet-Nat
8.8% abv Made from a blend of over 20 different heirloom cider varieties. Naturally sparkling and unfiltered. Bright fruit flavors are complemented with earthy undertones and soft tannins reminiscent of a traditional cider from Normandy, France. *8oz pours only. Can be included on flights. |
Huguenot Cider
7.75% abv The same apple blend as the Huguenot Pet-Nat, but this version has no sparkle so it drinks more like an apple wine. The tannic old world fruit impart a complex flavor and body that is impossible to accomplish with modern "dessert" apples. This is what cider is supposed to be! *8oz pours only. Can be included on flights. |
