Check out our friends and local favorites!

See and Do Locally:
Dressel Farms- the family farm from which we were born (literally and figuratively).  Don't miss U-Pick Strawberries in June!

Whitecliff Vineyards- our good friends make some of the best wine in the state!  Visit their tasting room to sample more than 20 award-winning wines including their new Methode Champenoise sparking line!

Gardiner Liquid Merchantile- a new "Farm Bar" located right on Main Street Gardiner.  Serving only super-local craft beverages and high-end cocktails and great small-plate food sourcing from local farms.

Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park offer the best hiking/biking trails in the northeast.  Combined, they provide more than 30,000 acres of protected land.  Spectacular views from atop the Shawangunk escarpment.

Historic Huguenot Street- the crown jewel of New Paltz!  Settled in the late 1600's, Huguenot Street now consists of 7 original stone houses and a restored French Church built in 1717.  The National Historic Landmark offers tours, a visitors center, archaeological sites and much more!

Check out the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce for more info on a ton of local businesses offering shopping, dining, and more!

Where to stay:  (There are quite a few chain hotels available and easily Googled, as well as the famous Mohonk Mountain House, but we recommend these small, locally-owned B&B's!)
The Inn at Kettleboro- they may misspell "Kettleborough" but you can't argue with their gorgeous, 4-room, 1830's Dutch Colonial overlooking our orchards, vineyards and the entire Shawangunk Ridge!  It books up early, so don't delay!

Thornwood Guesthouse- tucked away within walking distance of downtown New Paltz, Thornwood is a haven for someone looking for some piece and quiet in a pristine setting.  This 250+ year old property has been beautifully remodeled with modern amenities while keeping the charm of Historic New Paltz.
