Off-dry hard cider flavored with Cascade Hops.
Hopped ciders can be hit-or-miss. Cider flavors are much more delicate than beer and too much hoppiness will overpower the light apple tastes. So instead of shooting for an IPA-style cider, we toned it back and used a relatively small amount of Cascade variety hops to flavor this one. Cascade is usually used as an aromatic hop when making beer so it doesn't impart that super bitter flavor you'd get in a dry-hopped beer. Instead it gives great floral, citrusy notes that compliment the cider rather than dominating it.
The cider itself is made big blend of apple varieties with a delightfully acid/sugar balance. It's a cider that will appeal to IPA-lovers and casual cider drinkers alike!
