Pét-Nat (short for "pétillant naturel") is a French term meaning "naturally sparkling."
Huguenot Pet-Nat is made from the same blend of Old World apple varieties as our original Huguenot Cider, but with a delightfully delicate natural fizz. Bright fruit flavors mix with earthy undertones and light tannins reminiscent of a traditional cider out of Normandy, France.
Pet-Nat is unfiltered and completely natural- no yeast, nutrients, or preservatives are added.
