Dry Cider - 22oz
This is a departure from sweeter "run-of-the-mill" hard ciders that have always dominated the market. Our Dry Cider is made from a blend of Northern Spy and Granny Smith apples to create a light acidity and fresh green apple flavor. Think "Dry Apple Prosecco." It pairs well with many foods, especially white meats, cheeses, fruits and especially any spice-forward dishes.
Huguenot Cider - 750ml
A French Farmhouse style cider. Unfiltered and funky.
Cider purists rejoice! Huguenot Cider is our first cider created entirely from true hard cider apple varieties. More than 20 varieties of heirloom English, French, and American apples come together in this rustic blend. Made in a French style, Huguenot Cider enjoys a long, slow fermentation employing only natural wild yeast.
This cider is non-sparkling, unfiltered, hand-bottled, and totally unlike anything else. The tannic old world fruit impart a complex flavor and body that is impossible to accomplish with modern "dessert" apples. This is what cider is supposed to be!
Lightly Hopped - 22oz
Hopped ciders can be hit-or-miss. Cider flavors are much more delicate than beer and too much hoppiness will overpower the light apple tastes. So instead of shooting for an IPA-style cider, we toned it back and used a relatively small amount of Cascade variety hops to flavor this one. Cascade is usually used as an aromatic hop when making beer so it doesn't impart that super bitter flavor you'd get in a dry-hopped beer. Instead it gives great floral, citrusy notes that compliment the cider rather than dominating it.
The cider itself is made big blend of apple varieties with a delightfully acid/sugar balance. It's a cider that will appeal to IPA-lovers and casual cider drinkers alike!
Honey Honey Cider - 22oz
Honeycrisp + Local Honey
Sweetened with 100% Honeycrisp juice and infused with Pure New York State Honey. The light sweetness is properly balanced with a touch of acidity to keep the cider crisp, light and refreshing. Our best seller.
Pét-Nat (short for "pétillant naturel") is a French term meaning "naturally sparkling."
Huguenot Pet-Nat is made from the same blend of Old World apple varieties as our original Huguenot Cider, but with a delightfully delicate natural fizz. Bright fruit flavors mix with earthy undertones and light tannins reminiscent of a traditional cider out of Normandy, France.
Pet-Nat is unfiltered and completely natural- no yeast, nutrients, or preservatives are added.
